RadiantDot LLC (“RadiantDot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides RadiantDot-branded mobile apps and websites (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
You provide: email address (in some apps), username (in some apps), age or birth year, and any messages or screenshots you send to support.
Automatically collected: device and usage data (device model, OS/app version, language, time zone, screens/events, session time), diagnostics/crash logs, advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID), ecosystem identifiers (Apple/Google account tokens as exposed by the platform), and approximate or precise location (if enabled).
Purchases: transaction confirmations and receipts from Apple App Store and Google Play.
From service providers/SDKs: limited data from Firebase (Google) for analytics, crash reporting, and hosting; RevenueCat for purchase validation; AdMob and advertising partners for ad delivery and measurement.
We do not collect sensitive categories (e.g., government IDs, financial account numbers) unless clearly stated.
To:
provide and operate core app features;
create/manage accounts (where applicable) and process in-app purchases;
measure performance, fix bugs, and improve the Services;
show ads and, where permitted, personalize them;
communicate with you, including support;
detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or violations;
comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable: Contract (to provide the Services), Legitimate interests (security, product improvement), and Consent (e.g., personalized ads, precise location). You may withdraw consent in-app or via the contact methods below.
We share information with service providers acting on our behalf:
Hosting/infra: Google Cloud / Firebase
Analytics & diagnostics: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics
Advertising: AdMob and its mediation/measurement partners
Purchases & receipts: Apple, Google, RevenueCat
We may also disclose information for legal reasons, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
California “sell”/“share.” We do not sell personal information. For ad-supported experiences, we share identifiers and usage data with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted ads). You can opt out—see §8 Your rights and controls.
Our apps are for a mixed audience and some experiences are suitable for children. For known child users (under 13 in the U.S., under 16 in the EEA/UK):
we disable personalized advertising and limit ads to contextual where available;
we limit analytics to aggregated or device-level events without building marketing profiles;
we collect only what is reasonably necessary to support the feature;
if personal info (e.g., email/account) is needed, we obtain verifiable parental consent.
If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will delete it.
In-app controls: Settings → Privacy → Ad Preferences (toggle off targeted ads) and Analytics (where available).
Device settings: reset or limit IDFA/AAID and ad personalization in iOS/Android settings.
Email marketing: unsubscribe via any email.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): honored on our website where technically feasible.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business/legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Typical periods:
Account/profile data: until you delete your account or request deletion
Analytics logs: 12 months
Crash logs: 180 days
Ad events: 12 months
Support tickets: 12 months
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict/object, and withdraw consent.
How to exercise:
In-app: Settings → Privacy → Privacy Requests
Email: privacy@radiantdot.com
California (CPRA): You may access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sharing” (targeted ads). Use the in-app “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control or email us. We will verify and respond within statutory timelines. You may use an authorized agent where permitted.
Virginia/Colorado/Connecticut/Utah and similar: You may opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling using the same controls.
EEA/UK: You may contact your data protection authority and have the right to lodge a complaint.
We may transfer personal data to countries outside your own (including the United States). Where required, we use European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK IDTA/Addendum for transfers to our processors (including Apple, Google/Firebase, and related vendors) and implement supplementary safeguards.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls, monitoring, and periodic reviews. No method is 100% secure.
Our Services may include links to or integrations with third-party services. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Key SDKs/services include Firebase (Analytics/Crashlytics/Hosting), RevenueCat, and AdMob.
We may update this Policy periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app and/or on our website and update the “Last updated” date.
