RadiantDot LLC — Privacy Policy
Version: 1.0
Last Updated: February 3, 2026
RadiantDot LLC (“RadiantDot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides RadiantDot-branded mobile apps and related websites (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
This Policy is designed to be readable and short. App-specific disclosures (e.g., what a particular game collects) may appear in-app or on the store listing and supplement this Policy.
1) Information we collect
Information you provide
identifiers such as email address (in some apps/features), username (in some apps/features), age or birth year (for age-appropriate experiences), and messages, attachments, or screenshots you send to support.
Information collected automatically
device and usage data (device model, OS/app version, language, time zone, screens/events, session duration);
diagnostics and crash logs;
advertising-related device signals used for ad delivery and measurement (we request non-personalized ads and do not use IDFA/AAID for cross-app/cross-context ad personalization; providers may still use limited information for purposes such as delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and aggregated measurement);
coarse location inferences such as country/region, which may be derived by our analytics/advertising providers from IP address, locale, or device settings (we do not collect GPS/precise location through the Services).
Purchases
transaction confirmations and receipts from app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and/or purchase validation providers, to confirm entitlements and prevent fraud.
Age Setting (coarse; stored locally)
we ask for a coarse Age Setting (Under 13, 13–15, 16+, Prefer not to say) to help keep ads age-appropriate. This setting is stored locally on your device.
Rewarded ads (optional)
some experiences may offer optional rewarded ads (for example, to earn in-game coins). If you choose to view a rewarded ad, ad providers may receive limited information necessary to deliver and measure that ad.
Push notifications (if enabled)
if we enable push notifications, we may collect a device push token and notification settings needed to deliver notifications (via Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and/or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)). You can control notifications via device and in-app settings.
From service providers/SDKs
limited data processed by our providers (e.g., Firebase for analytics/crash reporting/hosting, RevenueCat for purchase validation, AdMob and partners for ad delivery and measurement), as described in Section 4.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories (e.g., government IDs, full payment card numbers) through the Services.
2) How we use information
We use information to:
provide and operate core app features;
process purchases and subscriptions and validate receipts/entitlements;
deliver service-related messages and (if enabled) push notifications;
measure performance, fix bugs, and improve the Services;
show ads (including optional rewarded ads in some experiences) and measure delivery in an aggregated way;
communicate with you (including support) and send service-related messages;
detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and violations; and
comply with legal obligations.
3) Legal bases (EEA/UK users)
Where applicable, we rely on: contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (security and product improvement), and consent (e.g., targeted ads). You may withdraw consent using in-app/device controls or by contacting us.
4) Sharing and disclosure
We share information with service providers acting on our behalf, such as:
Hosting/infra: Google Cloud / Firebase
Analytics & diagnostics: Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics
Push delivery (if enabled): APNs and/or FCM
Advertising: AdMob (Google) and its measurement partners, configured for non-personalized ads; and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP / Funding Choices) to present ad privacy choices
Purchases/receipts: Apple, Google, and RevenueCat (if used)
We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, enforce our agreements, or in connection with a corporate transaction.
California and other U.S. privacy laws. We do not sell personal information and we do not use cross-context behavioral advertising for ad personalization. Depending on your region, Google may present an “Ad privacy choices” form (UMP / Funding Choices) that provides applicable choices and disclosures. You can access it in-app via Settings → Ad privacy choices.
5) Children’s privacy (mixed audience)
Our apps may be for a mixed audience. We ask for a coarse Age Setting (Under 13, 13–15, 16+, Prefer not to say) to help keep ads age-appropriate. This setting is stored locally on your device.
For users who indicate Under 13, and for users in regions where higher age thresholds apply (for example, under 16 in the EEA/UK), we:
request non-personalized ads (no ad personalization);
limit analytics to what is reasonably necessary (e.g., aggregated or essential events);
collect only what is reasonably necessary to provide the experience; and
if personal information (like an email/account) is needed, we obtain verifiable parental consent where required.
If you select Prefer not to say, we treat ad serving conservatively (for example, by requesting non-personalized ads).
If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
6) Ad privacy choices & Age Setting
In-app controls (Google UMP): Settings → Ad privacy choices (Google-provided UMP / Funding Choices). The available options and legal terms shown may vary by region.
Age Setting (coarse): You may see Settings → Age Setting to help keep ads age-appropriate. This setting is stored locally on your device.
Device controls: You can adjust system-level ad settings in iOS/Android (for example, ad personalization preferences). Note: we request non-personalized ads and do not use cross-app/cross-context tracking for ad personalization.
7) Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business/legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it. Typical periods (may vary by app):
account/profile data: until you delete your account or request deletion (subject to legal requirements);
analytics logs: up to 12 months;
crash logs: up to 180 days;
ad measurement events: up to 12 months; and
support tickets: up to 12 months.
8) Your rights and controls
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict/object, and withdraw consent.
How to exercise rights
In-app (where available): Settings → Privacy → Privacy Requests
Email: privacy@radiantdot.com
California (CPRA): You may access, delete, correct, and opt out of “sharing” (targeted ads). Use the in-app “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” control (if present) or email us. You may use an authorized agent where permitted; we will verify requests as required by law.
Other U.S. states (e.g., VA/CO/CT/UT): You may opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling using the same controls.
EEA/UK: You may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
9) International transfers
We may transfer personal data to countries outside your own (including the United States). Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the UK IDTA/Addendum with our processors and implement appropriate safeguards.
10) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the risk, including encryption in transit and at rest (where applicable), least-privilege access controls, monitoring, and periodic reviews. No method is 100% secure.
11) Third-party links & SDKs
Our Services may include third-party services/SDKs. Their practices are governed by their own policies. Key providers may include Firebase, RevenueCat, and AdMob (and their partners).
12) Changes
We may update this Policy periodically. If changes are material, we will notify you in-app and/or on our website and update the “Last Updated” date.
